Return Policy:
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Monarch will not accept returns after 20 days from sales order date.

All NEW equipment must be returned in its original box and in the original condition.

TAXES:
Monarch must have on file a tax exemption certificate or the customer will be charged sales tax. (Texas Customers Only)

WARRANTY:
Monarch offers a two year warranty, from date of purchase for all Nortel and Avaya products, unless otherwise stated. All equipment from Monarch, whether it was equipment repaired or purchased, has a Monarch sticker. If this sticker is tampered with or removed, the warranty is null and void.
